Who We Are
Darling Kombucha started out on pen & paper in an apartment in Charlotte, NC late December 2023. Staying up late trying to find a new avenue in his career as a Chef - Matt thought of this idea for a kombucha company. We use 100% Locally sourced & 100% Fresh ingredients in our kombuchas. After a few small batches of home brewed kombucha he decided to move out into larger production. Since kombucha is such a healthy & delicious drink, Matt has decided to grow his hobby-brewing into a small-scaled business. With a commitment to customer satisfaction, Darling Kombucha provides a standard of excellence that ensures the customer gets the quality Kombucha we guarantee.
